Two arrested with methamphetamine during traffic stop
JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (JASO) – Sheriff Tim Morse reports that a Topeka man was arrested Tuesday night following a traffic stop in southern Jackson County. A Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a 2019 Ford Escape near 126th and U.S. Hwy 75 for a traffic infraction. Richard Michael Lane, 40, of Topeka was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and making false information. Jennifer Leigh Crabill, 36, of Holton, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Crabill was also wanted on outstanding Jackson County warrants.
