SUSPECT IN STABBING ARRESTED

The Jackson County Sheriff’s responded to 205 E. Jones Street at 6:10 am this morning in Mayetta on a reported stabbing. Deputies arrested 23-year old Danielle Rose Potts of Mayetta. Potts allegedly stabbed her husband who was latter transported to a Topeka hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries. Potts was transported to the Holton Hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries where she was medically accessed and booked into the Jackson County Jail. Potts was booked into the jail for aggravated battery and criminal threat. Bond was set at $20,000.00. Mayetta, Hoyt Fire Departments and Jackson County EMS were dispatched to the scene.
