Fort Riley Man Arrested for Aggravated Burglary near Mayetta
A rural Mayetta resident was surprised this afternoon when an unknown man allegedly entered her residence around 3:20 pm and approached her on the second floor of her home. The man fled down stairs and out of the residence. Jackson County Deputies captured the man driving a gray Chevrolet SUV near 150th and US Hwy 75 around 3:30 pm. Tyler Scott Atchison 25, of Fort Riley, Kansas was arrested for aggravated burglary. Atchison is currently being booked into the Jackson County Jail and waiting bond.
