Search Warrant Served and Burglary Suspect Arrested Near Denison
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old Stoney B. Hards of Denison on Thursday. Hards was arrested in connection with multiple residential burglaries. Hards is alleged to have burglarized a single residence multiple times in the City of Denison including once on Tuesday. Jackson County authorities served a search warrant on Hard’s residence this afternoon located at 19575 W. Road north of Denison, Kansas, where items believed to have been stolen from the residence were found. Hards is being held currently in the Jackson County Jail on 6 counts of burglary and 6 counts of theft. Bond was set in the case at $50,000.00.
