Manhattan man arrested for possession of controlled substance
JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (JASO) – Sheriff Tim Morse reports that on April 16th, 2024, a Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2014 Nissan Altima for a traffic infraction near 150th and Q. Road around 9:00 P.M. The driver, Clay Kendal Neville, 27, of Manhattan, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Neville was booked into the Jackson County Jail.
