Texas man held on cocaine charge
JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (JASO) – Sheriff Tim Morse reports that on September 27, 2022, shortly before 3 P.M., a Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a silver Chevy pickup for a traffic infraction. The traffic stop led to the discovery of a substance believed to be cocaine. Christian Jovanni Alvarado, 19, of Laredo, Texas, was arrested for possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
