Topeka man arrested on drug charges
JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (JASO) – Sheriff Tim Morse reports that on Sunday October 2, 2022, a Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a black Toyota Avalon for an alleged license registration violation. The driver, Fred Benson McConnell, 43, of Topeka, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, transporting and open container and operating a vehicle with no insurance.
