Person found dead in county jail is identified
JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (JASO) – Sheriff Tim Morse reports the identity of the person who passed away in the Jackson County Jail early Tuesday morning as 70-year-old Mark William Hull, of Topeka.
Whether a person who is incarcerated in a correctional facility dies of foul play or natural causes in Kansas, the K.B.I. is in charge of investigating the cause of death. Any further inquiries about this matter should be directed to the Kansas Bureau of Investigations.
