(JASO) – Sheriff Tim Morse reports a Kansas City, Kansas man was arrested early Saturday morning in Jackson County on drug charges. A Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a 2010 Terrain for a traffic infraction near 150th and U.S. Hwy 75 around 3:40 A.M. The driver, 31-year-old Arturo Garcia-Silva, of Kansas City, Kansas, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with law enforcement and driving while suspended.
