THREE ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES
Three were arrested following a search warrant being served on a Mayetta residence Saturday afternoon. The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant on 205 E. Jones Street around 2:30 pm on Saturday January 6th. The warrant was issued as a result of a drug investigation conducted by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. Robert Neal Kirk, 54, of Topeka was arrested on the following charges: possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Darren Dale McManus, 51, of Hoyt was arrested on the following charges: possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Paul George Tuckwin, 53, of Mayetta was arrested on the following charges: possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. All three are currently being held in the Jackson County Jail. Bond is pending on all three at this time.
