SEARCH WARRANT SERVED ON ALLEGED DRUG DISTRIBUTION HOUSE
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant on Friday evening on an alleged drug distribution house. Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies and Officers with the Potawatomi Tribal Police served the warrant at 14150 N.1 Lane in Jackson County. Josias Elliot Aitkens, 33 of Mayetta, was arrested at the scene. Aitkens is being held in the Jackson County Jail on charges of: felony possession of marijuana, felony possession with intent to distribute, felony possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of firearms. Bond on Aitkens is pending at this time. The Brown County Sheriff’s Office also assisted in the investigation.
