Two arrested during traffic stop
JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (JASO) – Sheriff Tim Morse reports that a Jackson County Deputy Sheriff conducted a traffic stop on a passenger car for a traffic infraction Saturday evening around 8:30 P.M. on U.S. Hwy 75 in southern Jackson County. The driver, Carol Ann Frison, 65, of Topeka, was arrested for driving while habitual. The passenger, Brenda Ann Crocker, 60, of Topeka, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony interference with law enforcement and trafficking contraband into a correctional facility. Both subjects were booked into the Jackson County Jail.
