Two Kansans arrested on methamphetamine distribution charges
JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (JASO) – Sheriff Tim Morse reports that on November 7, 2022, at approximately 8:00 A.M., a Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Chevy Malibu, west of Mayetta. A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The driver, Cory Dionne, 55, of Junction City, was arrested for distribution of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Heather Stephens, 48, of Emporia, was arrested on a Jackson County District Court warrant and for possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.
