Topeka man arrested on meth charge
JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (JASO) – Sheriff Tim Morse reports a Topeka man was arrested during an early Sunday morning traffic stop. A Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a Dodge SUV for a traffic infraction shortly before 3:30 a.m. near 150th and Q. Road . Further investigation led to the arrest of Jesse Leroy Davis, 32, of Topeka. Davis was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail for possession of methamphetamine, no ignition interlock device, and transporting an open container.
