Eskridge woman arrested on methamphetamine charges
A Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a Dodge Caravan on southbound US 75 Hwy near 190th Road for a traffic infraction Wednesday afternoon. The deputy located a substance believed to be methamphetamine inside the vehicle. The driver, Lafrances Darnell Tackitt, 45, of Eskridge was placed under arrest and booked into the Jackson County Jail for the following charges: possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and for not having a drug tax stamp.
