Trio arrested during Walmart incident
Three people were arrested this morning at the Holton Walmart. The Holton Police Department and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office jointly investigated a theft investigation which resulted in two drug arrests as well. Both agencies were requested to the store for suspicious activity. Crystal Marie Hisaw, 35, of Topeka was arrested for possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespass. Bond is pending at this time. Robert E. Love Jr. 40, of Topeka was arrested of possession for methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft, possession of stolen property and identity theft. Bond is pending at this time. Jason Michael Moser, 40, of Topeka was arrested for driving while suspended and was released on bond earlier today.
