Alleged Holton Drug Distribution House Shutdown
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant Tuesday night as a result of an investigation into a drug distribution house near a Holton school. Deputies served a search warrant at 907 Pennsylvania Street in Holton a little after 7 pm. Arrested at the scene was 26 year old Robin Alison Deo of Holton. Some of the items seized at the scene were items believed to be LSD, narcotics, marijuana, a firearm, US currency, and drug paraphernalia. Deo was placed under arrest and charged with distribution of marijuana within 1000 foot of a school, felony possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to distribute, possession of opiates, felony criminal possession of a firearm, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering a child x 3, and unlawful use of a communication device in the commission of felony drug distribution. Additional charges may be issued and further arrests can be expected in this case. The Holton Police Department assisted in serving the search warrant.
