JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (JASO) – Sheriff Tim Morse reports that 52-year-old Jeffrey John Reece, of Topeka, was arrested around 11:30 p.m. on December 2, 2021. Jackson County Deputies stopped Reece in a 2002 Ford Escape on a traffic stop west of U.S. Hwy 75 on 142nd Road. Reece was booked into the Jackson County Jail for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container and driving while suspended.
