Topeka woman arrested on methamphetamine charges
JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (JASO) – Sheriff Tim Morse reports a Topeka woman was arrested Saturday morning west of Mayetta. A Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped to assist a driver who was locked out of their 2008 Ford Fusion. The encounter resulted in a Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy locating illegal narcotics within the vehicle. The driver and owner of the vehicle, Tania Lila Rogers, 46, of Topeka was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hallucinogenic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
