Three arrested on traffic stop
JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (JASO)-Sheriff Tim Morse reports that Jackson County deputies arrested three individuals on a traffic stop Sunday morning shortly after midnight. A Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a 2007 Chrysler minivan for a traffic infraction near 142nd and US Hwy 75. The driver, Danielle Lynn Haverkamp, 30, of Topeka, was arrested on two outstanding Jackson County District Court no bond warrants. Alan Edward Panuco, 27, of Topeka, was arrested on an outstanding Jackson County District Court no bond warrant. Raul Alejandro Jorge Munoz, 44, of Topeka, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
