JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (JASO)-Sheriff Tim Morse reports that during the early morning hours on Sunday, a Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a Mercury Grand Marquis for a traffic infraction near 150th and Q.4 Road. An occupant of the vehicle, William L. Bari, 41, of Topeka, was arrested by deputies for being in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Bari also had outstanding felony warrants out of Shawnee and Douglas counties. Bari is being held in the Jackson County Jail.
