Hoyt burglary suspect arrested
On Monday January 4, 2021 Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Detectives arrested John Michael Tyler, 40, of Topeka. Tyler is suspected of burglarizing a residence in Jackson County located near 110th and T. Road on December 7, 2020. Tyler is believed to have stolen a number of firearms and a gun safe from the residence. Tyler was booked into the Jackson County Jail for burglary and theft. The stolen firearms have been recovered by detectives.
