Felony drug arrest
A Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2003 GMC Yukon for a traffic infraction near 118th and US Hwy 75 shortly before 2:30 am. The traffic investigation resulted in the arrest of Amber Dawn Gillaspie, 31, of Topeka. Gillaspie was booked into the Jackson County Jail for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
